For that you need tweezers, and good ones. There is nothing worse than cheap tweezers - you know the ones where the tips don't align and they have slippery chrome finish that doesn't grip worth a darn. We got sick of those and set out to find a good, quality pair of tweezers. What we found were these, made by Swiss manufacturer Rubis. They are:
